Returns

​​​​​Our returns policy is easy to use whereby you can return your order within 14 days of payment.

​

If your products arrive damaged we require clear photographs showing the damages sent to us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

​

If you change your mind and no longer require the order you can return it to us at your own cost. We are able to have our courier come back to collect the parcel from you and bring back to us once return postage has been

paid. Alternatively you can make your own arrangements in returning the order to us.

 

Our return address will be on your address label. 

​

No returns will be accepted on any Pick 'N' Mix orders or weigh out jar sweets. Only sealed/unopened items can be returned or exchanged.
