Our local delivery service is now operational again in the Dawlish, Teignmouth and surrounding areas
Delivery days and times are listed below, please remember that we are a small family run business and our shop on the strand in Dawlish is fully operational so our delivery service currently runs outside of our shop opening times.

Local Delivery - T & C's
Our High Street shop is a busy place and sometimes things go out of stock, The Puzzled Sweet Shop reserve the right to direct replace an out of stock item or supply a larger quantity of another item if the customer cannot be reached to confirm or make adjustments.
If you are placing an order for delivery please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery or leave a note at checkout detailing where we are too leave the delivery on arrival.
If you unsure of a delivery location please contact us BEFORE placing an order, we reserve the right to cancel without notice any orders placed for local delivery outside of our delivery remit.
The Puzzled Sweet Shop Ltd accept no responsibly for damage to items that are left in storage boxes or outside sheds where we have been directed by the customer to leave the items in these locations.

A: Yes absolutely, Everything that we hold in store is available for delivery.
Q: I Cant see my location listed??
A: The List above is a guide to our delivery times and locations, if you cannot see your location please drop us a message before ordering to check the delivery day and availability.
Q: What time will my order arrive?
A: Our delivery service will be running alongside our shop in Dawlish meaning deliveries will commence once the shop is closed at 17oohrs each day so depending on your location and the quantity of deliveries that day we will be aiming to be with you as soon as we can from leaving the Strand in Dawlish.
Q: I need a delivery for a birthday or special occasion on a different day?
A: Drop us a message through the website or give us a call and we will do what we can to accommodate your request and help where possible.
Q: What if i'm not in when my delivery arrives?
A: If you have a delivery depending please try to be available or leave a note to let us know where to leave your delivery. Any missed deliveries will be left in a safe space or returned to the shop for re-delivery on the next available day we are in the area or will need to be collected from the shop.
