Yes we do. Local delivery is available in Dawlish and surrounding areas on a daily basis we also now deliver to Exeter, Newton Abbot and Torquay.

Delivery

What are your opening hours?
Our shop in Dawlish high street is open 7 days a week, 0930hrs til 1700hrs.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated on weight as you add items to your basket. We currently use Royal Mail or Evri to ship orders.
If you have a "Parcel Locker" near you and you are happy to collect your item then these can offer cheaper postage so let us know and we can arrange delivery at a lower cost if possible.
Free shipping is offered on orders over £40.00.
What is the return policy?
Returns & Refunds Policy
At The Puzzled Sweet Shop Ltd, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-returnable items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:
- Food items (including sweets and pick & mix)
- Perishable goods
These items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may ask for:
- Photos of the item
- Your order number
We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear
Return postage
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
